Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Production Specialist with expertise in Adobe Photoshop to join our team. As a key member of our digital asset production team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and high-quality production files for products like murals, wallpapers, and other custom apparel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & File Prep: Create and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet production standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Color & Pre-press: Implement precise color management and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to correct errors.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Work seamlessly with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Adjust layouts and typesetting for various designs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or College Undergraduate/Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
