We are seeking a skilled Financial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, particularly related to accounts receivable and payable.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations, including billing management, revenue recognition, and contract analysis
  • Develop comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership and board presentations
  • Analyze budget-to-actual variances for revenue streams and provide actionable insights
  • Lead revenue forecasting activities and contribute to annual budgeting processes
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes, aging reports, and collection strategies to optimize cash flow
  • Manage accounts payable operations, vendor payments, and expense management systems
  • Design internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fraud prevention
  • Be the primary point of contact for audit-related activities

Required Skills
