We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to assist us in managing our clients' financial records. A key member of our team will be responsible for recording, classifying and organizing financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording, classification and organization of financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements and financial records to guarantee accuracy
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Prepare financial reports (e.g., income statements, balance sheets) to support client budgeting and decision-making
  • Assist with tax preparation and audits by providing organized and accurate financial data
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines
