Key Responsibilities

  2. Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess potential land opportunities.
  3. Negotiate and Finalize Agreements: Negotiate and finalize land purchase agreements, leases, and other land-related transactions.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with landowners, government agencies, real estate brokers, and other key stakeholders.
  5. Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence processes, including land title verification, surveys, and risk assessments.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and project development, to ensure smooth land acquisition and project initiation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or property management.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, in-depth knowledge of land laws, zoning regulations, and environmental policies.
