About You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • ISTQB Software Certification.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in an agile testing specific role.
  • More than 5+ years of experience in a functional testing specific role.
  • Strong background in QA processes, the Software Development Lifecycle, and methodologies.
  • Experience with JIRA, Xray, Confluence.
  • Able to set priorities, flexible, and accurate.
  • Critical thinking about products.
  • Proactive person willing to accept responsibility with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, complex Business & IT environments.
  • Must be positive and solution-oriented with team members and stakeholders.
  • Respond to change quickly including changing, adding, and improving test approach.
  • Flexibility in work schedule according to changing project and business needs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and manage and prioritize tasks with urgency.
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment, either independently or as part of a team.
  • Accurately evaluate and report test results, test progress, and product quality.
