Key Responsibilities:- Partner with internal and client groups to deliver feedback on compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify training deficiencies and trends through compliance audits.
- Liaise with HR on fraudulent or compliance-related cases and with IT and Facilities on information and physical security matters.
- Perform compliance audits and deliver monitoring reports.
- Document fraud prevention systems and implement them on accounts.
- Candidate must have a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in QA/Compliance processes.
- Possesses expertise in definition documents and scoring guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
