This role focuses on supporting the company's global supply chain operations by providing analytical and administrative expertise. The Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst I will be responsible for maintaining supplier systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer supplier profiles, ensuring timely onboarding and updates while meeting business unit objectives
  2. Diligently review and analyze supplier requirements, validating accuracy before system setup or updates
  3. Maintain open communication with sourcing leads, plant buyers, finance, and AP to ensure effective supplier maintenance
  4. Analyze workflow and develop projects that enhance system efficiency and corporate supplier development across the organization
  5. Identify process gaps and provide recommendations to simplify and improve business unit and corporate processes
  6. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot issues and improve overall system performance
  7. Support the installation, administration, and functional support of Microsoft Power Platform to expand its capabilities and document policy and SOPs for internal use
  8. Conduct regular progress reporting and maintain a high level of integrity in all business dealings
