Audit Manager Position

Our organization seeks an experienced Audit Manager to lead our audit services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial and operational audits in accordance with our annual internal audit program.
  • Review organizational operations, processes, and controls for compliance with established policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Make recommendations to address identified control gaps and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls.
  • Report audit findings and recommendations to senior management based on the results of regularly scheduled audits.
  • Conduct follow-up reviews of financial, operational, or regulatory compliance deficiencies noted during audits.
  • Investigate irregularities discovered by or brought to the auditor's attention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience required, including public accounting or internal audit experience.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CIA are highly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Supply Chain processes and Inventory Management is essential.
  • Experience with data analytics and capabilities to analyze complex data sets is a plus.
