Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and product complaints via phone or email.

  • Track information, perform quality control checks, and reconcile data from multiple sources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field or an associate degree with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements and pharmacovigilance practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Chemistry is preferred.
