Main Responsibilities

  • SEO & Discoverability: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic through data-driven insights and expert knowledge.
  • Content Publishing: Manage and coordinate timely posting of content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to align web content with campaigns and business objectives.
  • Accessibility Compliance: Ensure websites meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reporting on website performance and user behavior to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in website management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, SEO tools, web analytics, and hosting platforms to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices to deliver engaging user experiences.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance to ensure an inclusive online environment.
