Implementation Expert

The role of Implementation Specialist involves overseeing the successful deployment of real estate technology platforms for clients. This entails ensuring that all setup requirements are met, and any challenges encountered are promptly addressed.

To excel in this position, one must possess strong communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, and stay up-to-date with platform updates and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming an expert in product implementation, staying current with platform updates and enhancements.
  • Managing project timelines, tracking key milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely platform launches.
  • Conducting client calls to set expectations, review progress, and ensure proper configuration, including account settings, domain, email setup, and IDX paperwork.
  • Identifying and resolving implementation challenges, proactively addressing delays and risks.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation and communication with clients to ensure transparency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align platform setup with client requirements.
  • Handling post-launch setup corrections and escalating issues when necessary.
