We're looking for someone with 4+ years experience developing and scaling web applications, preferably in SaaS and cloud-based environments. You should be familiar with agile software development processes and have experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product, Design and stakeholders to create intuitive features that empower users to understand and improve employee engagement.
  • Work closely with Engineering, DevOps and IT Security teams to ensure our platform is robust, scalable and secure.
  • Continuously champion high quality software engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud-based services to enhance our platform's capabilities and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience developing and scaling web applications.
  • Familiarity with agile software development processes and experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
