We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Collections Quality Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to work in a dynamic environment where they will be responsible for evaluating collection calls and processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and customer service standards are met.

About the Role
  • Evaluate inbound and outbound collection calls to identify areas of improvement
  • Assess performance using established quality standards and scorecards
  • Identify compliance issues, communication gaps, and process deviations
  • Track and analyze quality metrics and KPIs
  • Provide actionable insights to team leaders and trainers
  • Partner with supervisors to deliver constructive feedback to team members

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar field and be willing to work onsite or remotely. A shift schedule may also be required.
