As a Construction Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process on-site, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site meetings and provide expert advice on construction-related matters
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Analyze construction data and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineer (can be licensed or not)
  • At least 3-4 years experience as an In-House Engineer in the Construction Industry (Site & Production-based work)
  • Vast experience in attending site meetings
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Pleasing personality and appearance
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable
  • Good inspection skills (QC/QA skills)
  • Knows how to use measuring tape and technical construction terms
  • Can work efficiently with minor supervision
  • Willing to work on field (site visits and meetings) and report in the office from time to time
  • Has means of transportation (with Driver's License)
