About Us

Megabon Construction & Development Corporation is a leading construction company seeking a talented Construction Cost Estimator MEPFS. This role requires expertise in technical design, cost estimation and project management, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client requirements and comply with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design project plans that comply with client and local regulations, providing detailed calculations.
  • Evaluate technically and financially the offers received from procurement teams and provide expert advice prior to purchase.
  • Endorse subcontractors or suppliers to the procurement team.
  • Produce high-level CAD drawings as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with design requirements and assist site teams with technical difficulties during execution.
  • Survey existing installations and provide Site Assessment Reports if necessary.
  • Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Track document lists under the department and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-7 years of experience in design, cost estimation, and QS-oriented tasks related to MEPFS, HVAC systems, piping systems, etc.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD and knowledge of Planswift software is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in interior fit-out project implementation.
  • Familiarity with technical design and implementation.
