Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist. Responsibilities
  • Cultivate rapport and foster professional relationships with customers and clients.
  • Source potential sales leads from various channels, including social media, client referrals, events, and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to engage and integrate leads into effective campaigns.
  • Manage a sales prospecting database or CRM system, ensuring accuracy of all details.
  • Foster communication with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to maintain progress.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry benchmarks.
  • Evaluate lead quality and monitor conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of verified experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist.
  • Exceptional English communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing lead generation software and leveraging online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
  • Competence in using word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office.
  • Understanding of online calendar platforms and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  • Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication proficiencies.
  • Able to work flexible schedules.
