Neksjob Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a vital role in facilitating BFSI (Banking, Finance and Services Insurance) training for employees on all aspects of client projects.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • New Hire Training: Develops curriculum to support classroom training and alternative training methods, ensuring employees are well-equipped to handle new challenges.">
  • Progression and Enhancement Training: Analyzes course materials and learner information to create targeted training programs that meet the evolving needs of our employees.">
  • Curriculum Development: Creates effective non-classroom communication and training materials, such as instructional guides, presentations, and interactive content.">
  • Training Delivery: Assures preparation of the instructional site, establishes instructor credibility, and manages the learning environment to ensure a productive and engaging experience.">
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluates learner performance, delivery of instruction, and reports evaluation information to stakeholders.">
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coaches employees one-on-one, conducts pre and post-training surveys, and works with supervisors to address employee performance gaps.">
  • Client Interaction: Participates in client interaction, including effective curriculum feedback and client visits, to promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.">

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Training, or Business Administration.">
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in training, coaching, or development roles.">
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and questioning skills; ability to analyze data and develop effective training solutions.">
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Trainer (CT).">
