Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join our growing global finance team handling various regions. This role will be a critical component of our day-to-day accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in external and/or internal audit or an accounting firm, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. They will also possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make necessary adjustments, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation entries.

  • Prepare and post day-to-day journal entries for various transactions, including accruals and adjustments.
  • Maintain the general ledger, updating and ensuring its accuracy.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Assist FP&A with granular and financial statement inquiries.
  • Draft and send invoices to clients or draft bills received from vendors.
  • Consolidate and send documents (invoices/payment proof/bank statement).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent courses. A CPA title and US GAAP familiarity are advantageous.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an accounting professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with all major accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho.
  • Ability to analyze legal agreements between entities.
  • Capacity to reconcile external documentation and company records.
  • Collaborative and approachable team player.
