Business Operations Manager

This role is a key opportunity to take on high-level responsibilities in managing and improving systems, processes, workflows, and business operations.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee the optimization of our business systems and tech stack, focusing primarily on automation and workflow management. This position will involve overseeing the development and implementation of automated workflows and pipelines for lead nurturing, onboarding, task assignments, and follow-ups.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across departments, as well as managing client invoicing cycles, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of all invoices.

In addition, this role will involve maintaining oversight of client and contractor agreements, ensuring contracts are up to date and correctly stored.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business operations management, particularly in digital or service-based businesses.
  • Strong understanding of automation tools, such as ClickUp and Slack.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
