About This Opportunity

We're hiring a dedicated Project Delivery Supervisor to oversee the successful completion of our construction projects. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of project managers and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the performance of project managers under your team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, identify potential issues, and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and cooperation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses excellent analytical and technical skills, with knowledge of project management software and tools.
