Global Procurement Transformation Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our procure-to-pay processes globally. As the Procure to Pay (P2P) Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and harmonizing regional P2P teams into a unified global organization.
Job DescriptionThis is a newly created role that requires a strong leader with deep P2P expertise, change management skills, and a strategic mindset to optimize procurement and payment processes on a global scale. You will work closely with IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system adoption and continuous improvement of P2P processes.
- Create and drive a high-performing Global P2P operational team.
- Develop and execute efficient and consistent procure-to-pay activities across all regions.
- Harmonize and integrate regional P2P teams into a single, cohesive global organization post-Fusion rollout.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree holder.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in procure-to-pay operations, in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; direct experience with Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in delivering process standardization and automation to deliver efficiencies.
