About the Role

The Operational Finance Manager will play a critical role in improving financial reporting, operational tracking, and decision-making for acquired businesses at GPC Philippines Corporation.

This position involves managing financial reporting across multiple entities, transitioning businesses from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online or ERP systems, ensuring compliance, streamlining financial processes, and supporting key operational finance functions such as working capital management, KPI analysis, RFQ/PO tracking, and cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pioneer financial reporting, including financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, and monthly closings in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Lead the transition of acquired companies from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online or ERP systems like NetSuite, refining financial processes.
  • Ensure that acquired entities meet audit requirements, tax regulations, and payroll accuracy standards.
  • Determine financial reporting deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee working capital, budgeting, RFQ/PO tracking, and KPI aggregation initiatives to promote business growth.
  • Perform comprehensive cash reconciliation, financial analysis, and variance reporting to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance payables, invoicing, and financial automation processes for newly integrated businesses.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement operational finance solutions, driving ongoing improvements in financial reporting and tracking.

A successful candidate will have a CPA certification, 5+ years of experience in accounting, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience in manufacturing-based businesses. Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and ERP systems is essential, along with a problem-solving mindset and ability to implement financial solutions in a rapidly growing environment.
