Operational Finance Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Operational Finance Manager to join our Accounts Payable Team at Amazon. As an Operational Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of finance, including working with vendors to resolve complex queries and identify areas for process improvement. If you have experience in finance operations and excellent problem-solving skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your primary responsibilities will include resolving vendor queries in a timely manner, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve vendor issues. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate vendor queries and ensure that all processes are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve vendor queries in a timely manner.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes.
  3. Liaise with internal teams to resolve vendor issues.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.

Working Conditions:
  1. Normal office environment.
  2. Must report 5 times per week to our Pasay office.
  3. This role will primarily work a morning shift (5am-2pm) but may require flexibility in scheduling.
  4. Must be willing to work during holidays as required by the company.
  5. May be asked to work overtime during critical periods.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Experience working on time-sensitive processes.
  3. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  4. Flexible schedule.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Advanced Excel skills desirable.
  2. Experience in the BPO industry.
  3. Knowledge of Oracle Financial Application (OFA) an asset.
  4. Knowledge around supplier/vendor payment queries beneficial.
  5. Experience with 6 sigma methodologies, Lean Projects, Quality circles & Creative work groups.
