Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to support our digital marketing team in executing and managing social media advertising campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across major paid platforms who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring ads are set up accurately, client communications are prompt, and campaign documentation is seamless.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up ads across self-service platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • Prepare proofs, screenshots, and review documents for client and internal approval.
  • Manage internal and client-facing email correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide ongoing support to the marketing team with reporting and performance insights.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • 2-5+ years of experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat; Google Ads a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with additional ad platforms or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.

Career Path
  • Mid-level: $1,500 - $1,600/month
  • Senior/Expert level: $1,700 - $1,800/month

Compensation will be based on skills and experience, with preference for candidates at the mid-to-senior level who can contribute immediately and grow into expanded responsibilities.
