We are seeking a talented and experienced web development professional to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive online ticketing platform.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a robust online ticketing platform with advanced backend functionality, integrating it with various payment gateways, and ensuring seamless donation processes within the platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer to leverage their expertise in building complex web applications and collaborating with charity providers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop a comprehensive online ticketing platform with robust backend functionality.
  2. Integrate the platform with various payment gateways to facilitate secure and efficient transactions.
  3. Collaborate with charity providers to ensure seamless donation processes within the platform.
  4. Implement an automated phone booking system to enhance user convenience.
  5. Ensure the platform is user-friendly, responsive, and accessible across various devices.
  6. Perform regular testing and debugging to maintain a high level of performance and security.
  7. Optimize the platform for scalability and reliability.
  8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the platform.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in web development and programming, particularly in building online ticketing platforms or similar applications.
  • Strong knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
  • Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
  • Proficiency in integrating payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) and charity providers.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with implementing automated phone booking systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
