Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative Team Leader to lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes to maximize team performance, conducting regular team meetings and training sessions, and providing prospects with detailed information about dental implants and veneers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize team performance.
  2. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  3. Provide prospects with detailed information about dental implants and veneers.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Accurately enter and manage prospect and customer data in CRM software.
  6. Engage in online chat with prospects, including but not limited to social media platforms.
  7. Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed interest.
  8. Send information packets to scheduled prospects prior to their visit.
  9. Address caller needs in a timely fashion, answer questions, and set scheduled consultations.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on building relationships and closing the sale.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and initiative-taking.
  • Ability to educate consumers on products and services.
  • Engaging and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
  • Advanced English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dental knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and maintaining sales records.
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve sales strategies.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
