About the Role

We are seeking skilled English teachers to deliver high-quality online instruction to clients in Korea.

This role involves teaching English language skills, including business English, test preparation, and conversational English, to students from a variety of backgrounds.

As an online teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, providing feedback, and tracking student progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 10-30 minute English classes via phone or video to students with varying levels of proficiency
  • Customize instruction based on student needs, focusing on business English, test preparation, or conversational English
  • Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure high teaching standards
  • Develop and implement structured lesson plans tailored to each client's learning goals
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of online teaching experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A passion for teaching, professionalism, commitment, and a positive attitude
  • Candidates must have reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
