Job Description

As a Senior User Interface Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design of both a consumer-facing aged care mobile app and a platform for healthcare professionals and systems.

  1. Design a user-friendly, accessible, and scalable solution that meets the unique needs of the aged care market.
  2. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams to deliver high-contrast, readable, and intuitive interfaces.
  3. Conduct design research and user analysis to understand diverse user groups, especially older adults.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with at least 2 years designing health or medical tech products.
  • Strong design research skills and the ability to uncover user needs without constant direction.
  • Experience designing for older adults (ages 65 to 80) with a strong focus on accessibility and usability.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with a fast, organized, and collaborative approach.
