Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to completion.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to uncover requirements, design effective solutions, and guide developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites and applications
  • Creating wireframes, low and high fidelity prototypes, and implementing feedback from clients and stakeholders
  • Working with front-end development teams to handover designs and test completed products
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in UI design, with at least 1 year leading projects from start to finish
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design
  • A good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes
  • Experience in designing consumer-facing websites and applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
