Position Summary

A key member of our team is needed to supervise and manage daily activities at the regional center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement schedules to optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor team performance and attendance records.
  • Oversee delivery receipt, processing, and endorsement.
  • Identify and report non-conformances or discrepancies to relevant teams.
  • Efficiently process transfers upon arrival in the warehouse.
  • Publish regular performance reports to leaders.

Essential Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing sectors.
  • Effective supervision of direct and agency employees.
  • Detailed focus and process improvement abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS and Google Applications.
