We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Talent Recruiter. This role requires an individual who can effectively identify and attract top talent for our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and engaging qualified applicants, and conducting interviews to best fit vacant positions.
- Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications;
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies;
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent through various channels;
- Utilize job boards, databases, online employment forums, and social media to pool applicants;
- Maintain the applicant tracking system;
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit vacant positions;
- Promote employment opportunities;
- Provide recruitment reports to department managers;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist preferably in digital marketing or advertising industries;
- Familiarity with digital marketing roles including SEO specialists, content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers;
- Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
