Software Quality Assurance Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software products from a business, end-user, and technical perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify risks, issues, and problems on the product feature and propose mitigation strategies
  • Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test specifications to ensure thorough testing
  • Lead and manage a team of testers to execute tests efficiently
  • Own and be accountable for assigned product features, ensuring they meet quality standards
  • Review and verify the quality of assigned product features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with a passion for a career in IT
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Accuracy and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve common goals
