Strategic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Dynamics platform, driving innovation and excellence in client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team by mentoring, guiding, and empowering members to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Technical Architecture: Define the architectural vision for Dynamics solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security through strategic planning and expert guidance.
  3. Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives, driving growth and success.
  4. Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients, presenting our Dynamics capabilities and building strong relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
  5. Industry Representation: Represent our organization at industry conferences and events, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture, with a deep understanding of Azure and Power Platform.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure preferred, demonstrating expertise and commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, with a strong focus on clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Public Representation: Demonstrable experience representing an organization publicly, with confidence and poise under scrutiny.
Work Conditions:

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel required to collaborate with stakeholders and represent the organization at industry events.
