Amazon Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage our presence on both Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central.

  • Manage and optimize product listings in both platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost product visibility
  • Monitor pricing, inventory, and performance metrics across platforms
  • Resolve listing suppressions, compliance cases, and account health issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create A+ content, brand stores, and promotions
  • Analyze sales reports and provide insights for growth and profitability

Responsibilities also include managing purchase orders, shipments, and replenishment for Vendor Central accounts, as well as overseeing advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and related platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices and Amazon policies.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with keyword research and Amazon advertising tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
