We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receivables Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing aged receivables, invoicing, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Invoicing: Oversee and prepare accurate invoices for clients.
  • Aged Receivables Management: Monitor and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Accounting Entries: Record and track financial transactions in our accounting system.
  • Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
  • Cash Collection: Ensure prompt cash collection from clients, following up on outstanding balances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with GAAP and basic accounting principles.
