Product Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplies operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of orders to our nurse entrepreneurs.

  • Register new accounts on our platform.
  • Monitor incoming orders and payments in real-time.
  • Place orders with suppliers promptly after receiving notifications through the platform.
  • Conduct daily reconciliations between platform orders and supplier orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email to resolve any issues with lost or incorrectly placed orders.
  • Evaluate critical issues and escalate them to your manager as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience working with US customers in similar roles, such as e-commerce store management.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and its features.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.
  • Availability to work extended US hours, including late evenings (up to 8 p.m. ET), Monday to Friday.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and reliability are essential.
  • Able to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
  • A quiet and distraction-free working environment.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness businesses, or hold project management/quality assurance certifications.
