  • Supports management by focusing on schedules, velocity tracking, and dependency management;
  • Liaises with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements;

  • Oversees the inventory is maintained of all the equipment and resources and ensures that they are stocked;
  • Develops an appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost;
  • Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain;
  • Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution;
  • Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand;
  • Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers;
  • Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies;

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field;
  • At least five (5) years' experience in supply chain management, operations, warehouse, and purchasing leadership;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to propel the organization to decision and action while building lasting relationships with people all over the world;
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
