Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of business acumen, analytical expertise, and technical knowledge.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, improving business processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects while assisting senior leadership with administrative tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering Requirements:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives;
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
  • Process Improvement:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows;
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend effective process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity;
  • Documentation:
  • Develop detailed, clear, and accurate functional specifications, use cases, and other business documentation to guide solution development and implementation;
  • Maintain comprehensive records of project requirements and deliverables;
  • Facilitating Meetings:
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to gather business requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure alignment across departments;
  • Document meeting outcomes and ensure action items are tracked and followed through;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Executive Assistant, or similar hybrid role;
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements, improving business processes, and understanding technical aspects of software solutions;
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and understanding their technical needs is highly desirable;
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps) and their application in business analysis;
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams;
  • Experience using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Confluence for project tracking and documentation;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart);
  • Strong communication skills to liaise between business stakeholders and development teams;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
