Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales Executives to implement CARE documents according to client agreements.
  • Manage CARE data for both new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, elevator contractors, and Sales Executives regarding CARE processes and progress.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with VDA requests through regular follow-up and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Attend CARE-related meetings as required and provide updates on project status.
  • Oversee billing for CARE projects, accommodating client preferences regarding billing frequency and processes.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a related role with substantial knowledge of elevator terminology and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
