  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges during the presales/BD and product implementation process.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with various stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the platform's functionalities and capabilities.
  • Create detailed documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and data models, to guide the development team.
  • Collaborate with Third Party in performing system testing and validation to ensure that the platform meets the specified requirements and works as intended.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces that align with the user's identity management needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to decentralized identity systems and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in defining the platform's key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure its success and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Experience in complex systems analysis (payments, banking, manufacturing, logistics) preferred.
  • Required ERP business/systems analysis experience.
  • SAP FICO Experience.
  • API Integration experience.
  • External systems integration experience (at least 2 independent network systems, not just internal systems implementation project).
