We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Specialist to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling graphic designs, produce marketing collateral for various channels, and maintain brand integrity.

Key responsibilities will include managing image and job libraries, designing professional reports and tender documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements include at least 2 years of relevant design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A background in Sport, Leisure, or Tourism industries is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling graphic designs.
  • Produce marketing collateral for online, print, social media, email/CRM, and mobile apps.
  • Maintain brand integrity and consistency in all outputs.
  • Manage image and job libraries for organized asset storage and retrieval.
  • Design professional reports and tender documents aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of relevant design experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Recent qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and outcome-focused approach to work.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, video editing, or digital media preferred.
  • Background in Sport, Leisure, or Tourism industries is a plus.
