We are looking for a talented professional to join our support team as a Customer Support Representative.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our landline users, ensuring their experience is extraordinary. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities include tracking customer concerns, identifying trends, and driving calls. The successful candidate will also work cross-functionally to remove customer obstacles, ensure every customer has an extraordinary experience, and understand why customers wish to cancel and work on solutions to keep them satisfied.

The successful candidate will be kind at core, a skilled multitasker, and organized by nature. Experience with Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar technology is a plus.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $6/hour with additional commission potential. Our shifts are US timezone based, and we are open every day from 9 am EST to 9 pm EST. You can expect to work on weekends on a rotating basis.
