B2B Marketing Coordinator


Job Description

This role involves supporting digital campaigns and creating content to drive growth across event markets. You will be responsible for creating sales collateral, updating websites and landing pages, and building targeted email campaigns.

You will also develop seasonal B2B packages, track competitor marketing, and coordinate social media content posting. Additionally, you will use AI tools to draft copy and generate visuals, and monitor campaign performance to share key reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or design, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in Notion and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM/email platforms, such as Klaviyo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of SEO and B2B marketing best practices.
  • Experience using AI tools for copywriting and design.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote setup.
