Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with members of other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
  2. Provide strategic and practical advice on contract terms and associated risks to the relevant business stakeholders.
  3. Render legal opinions and monitor updates in relevant legal landscapes to implement compliance changes.
  4. Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving legal guidelines, policies, internal trainings, and standard form agreements.
  5. Conduct trainings/orientation on legal matters and business processes of the company.
  6. Perform other legal services in a timely manner, such as but not limited to compliance with regulatory requirements of government agencies, preparation of letters to government agencies, and demand letters.

As a Senior Legal Professional, you will exercise other functions and perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Legal.
