Job Overview

Create engaging visual experiences for a diverse sports and recreation portfolio as a Creative Visual Specialist. This role involves supporting marketing and branding efforts through compelling visuals across digital and print channels.

Responsibilities
  • Translate design briefs into effective graphic designs that align with brand standards.
  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral for various channels, including online, print, social media, email/CRM, and mobile apps.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all outputs by ensuring accurate application of logos, color schemes, and typography.
  • Manage image and job libraries to facilitate organized asset storage and retrieval.
  • Design professional reports and tender documents aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Recent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Strong time management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • A proactive, innovative, and outcome-focused approach to work.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, video editing, or digital media is an advantage.
  • Background in Sport, Leisure, or Tourism industries is beneficial.
