Job Title: Senior Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing technical content, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.

The successful candidate will own the creation, optimization, and maintenance of both internal and external knowledge base content. This will involve researching, writing, and developing new and updated knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement docs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and write high-quality technical content for customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.

  • Technical Acumen: Proficient in CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and structured authoring systems.
