Key Responsibilities:

  1. Train newly hired agents on customer service best practices.
  2. Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions for new hires.
  3. Lead Zoom training sessions on customer service techniques.
  4. Assist with creating SOPs and developing training curriculum.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of customer service training experience.
  2. 3-5 years of BPO experience in the customer service industry.
  3. Familiarity with eCommerce tools/software such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, Freshdesk, etc.
  4. Knowledge and experience in eCommerce.
  5. Familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other CRM tools.
  6. Experience with Canva, Trainual App, and Loom (preferred).
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Exceptional coaching, planning, and organizing skills.
  9. Strong attention to detail.
