Key Responsibilities:
- Train newly hired agents on customer service best practices.
- Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions for new hires.
- Lead Zoom training sessions on customer service techniques.
- Assist with creating SOPs and developing training curriculum.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service training experience.
- 3-5 years of BPO experience in the customer service industry.
- Familiarity with eCommerce tools/software such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, Freshdesk, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in eCommerce.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other CRM tools.
- Experience with Canva, Trainual App, and Loom (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional coaching, planning, and organizing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
