Job Title: US Tax Return Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a US Tax Return Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing US tax returns, handling payroll returns, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and file US federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll processing and prepare accurate and timely payroll returns.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • General Bookkeeping: Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in preparing US tax returns and payroll returns.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other accounting software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
