We're seeking a highly skilled professional to assist our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with tax preparation for the upcoming season. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help our clients manage their US business.

  • You will work closely with our CPA to provide expert guidance and service to our clients from around the world, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns as needed throughout the busy season.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their various questions and inquiries during tax season, providing prompt solutions and support.
  • Assist in managing client inquiries throughout the year, conducting calls as needed to answer their concerns and resolve any issues.
  • Play a critical role in the preparation process, performing tax calculations, inputting data, and researching information to solve filing questions.
  • Apply appropriate practices, procedures, and processes to accurately input client data into federal and state tax returns for CPA review.
Key Requirements
  • Active PTIN required or ability to obtain prior to tax season.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with tax filings, specifically form 1120/5472 for non-US residents and form 1065 for partnerships, is necessary.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and sudden changes in tasks, applying critical thinking, reasoning, and emotional intelligence to recognize details and identify solutions.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are required to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
