As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals. Our team works with government and public sector leaders to solve complex challenges and implement policies that create real outcomes for communities.

About the Role

In this role, you will apply your analytical skills and passion for public service to help clients use data to generate and test policy recommendations. You will also facilitate collaborative problem-solving and establish action-oriented routines with stakeholders.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and leading workshops with senior decision-makers, technical partners, and frontline service providers
  • Translating insights from field engagement into implementation strategies that work
  • Developing high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and engagement sessions
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is comfortable building trust-based partnerships with diverse stakeholders across government, nonprofits, advocacy, and philanthropic sectors. You should be able to break down complex challenges into root causes, form evidence-based hypotheses, and propose implementable solutions.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in government, consulting, project management, public policy, impact measurement, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with comfort navigating data in spreadsheets and creating compelling presentations
